Traditional air fresheners and scented sprays create a chemical layer on top of the actual odor source, producing an overwhelming, artificial smell that alienates occupants and visitors. How We Do It

Odor Source Identification

Our specialists use diagnostic tools — moisture meters, drain scopes, and air quality sensors — to trace odors to their exact biological or chemical source. Common sources include drain biofilm, HVAC mold, embedded grease, or organic waste. Treating the source, not the symptom, is the only way to permanently eliminate odors.

Bio-Enzymatic Source Treatment

Concentrated live enzyme cultures are applied directly to organic odor sources — drain lines, subfloor areas, waste storage zones, and soft furnishings. The bio-enzymes digest and permanently destroy the organic matter causing the odor rather than masking it.

Hydroxyl Radical Generation

For occupied spaces requiring continuous treatment, we deploy hydroxyl radical generators. Hydroxyl molecules (OH) occur naturally in outdoor air and are nature's own air purifiers — they destroy bacteria, viruses, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) at the molecular level without requiring space evacuation.

Ozone Shock Treatment

For severe cases — fire damage, smoke saturation, heavy biological contamination — concentrated ozone generators are deployed in vacated spaces. Ozone (O₃) is the most powerful commercially available air sanitizer and permanently destroys deeply embedded odor molecules in walls, fabric, and HVAC systems.

Ambient Air Care Installation

Following source remediation, we install metered fragrance and odor-control dispensers calibrated specifically to your space size and usage pattern. These maintain neutral, professionally scented air between service visits.

Drain & Waste Area Treatment

Commercial floor drains and refuse areas are treated with biological drain gel and enzymatic cleaners on a maintenance schedule to prevent odor-causing biofilm from re-establishing.
